Aje Shalunga

Aje is an Orisha Shalunga related to health, prosperity and abundance. Its emblem is a pearl shell. People who need money actively have it as their patron and worship him placing in a container shells and money to entertain him.

It is regarded as capricious, fickle and inconstant. The randomly chooses who to bless and give large sums of money. Elek is constructed by inserting their shells and coins.
